In light of Halloween I thought this would be appropriate. This is the WV State Penitentiary (now retired). Ironically the State seal at the top reads “Mountaineers Are Always Free”. Every October they open it up for the “Dungeon of Horrors” but have regular tours throughout the year. The fence is distracting but...it was a prison... and I can't get on the other side.
