we live in the country and have lot of visitors (and some of our own)

Quite a few were taken by my wife
who is much more patient than I.

I don't like killing any living thing

some do play dead
some just hiss and show those fangs
they LOVE chicken bones
chew them to pieces in a minute

The canna plant.
Interesting I took around 40 images of this plant
about 20 on an EFS 17-85
and the rest on an 28-105L
the color seemed much better on the EFS lens

these things are so spooky. When I worked at the zoo it was the only animal I refused to feed/clean the cage. No way I was getting in there with it.
