I started shooting the show with a 50mm f1.7:

but even it was too long so i switched over to a 17-55mm f2.8 for the rest:

I'm shooting Daniel Lanois tomorrow with a new camera body. Hopefully the shots will turn out.

It became very obvious that the 70-300G was just too slow, so the majority of these are with a 50mm 1.7 prime.

The likeness is uncanny :rofl

These look great Clayton, you can see why getting fast lenses with F1's and F2's can make a huge difference to shooting indoors.
