For the last three weekends while working on #9, I needed sun. Clear. Pretty skies. Had to go out of state to find one of those!

This week, for #10, I want some fog or mist, and what's the expectation? A couple of rainy days followed by CLEAR SUNNY SKIES at the weekend.

It's a conspiracy ;)

I have been putting a couple of hours in a week on this photo, but it takes a lot of time. Every time I toss a dog or cat off the roof for the photo, they run off never to come back again. Many of the shots are out of focus so I can't use them. Do you know how hard it is to catch a wild cat? Ran out of neighbor's cats already. Rumors have started in my neighborhood. But the photo is coming. Should be done by Christmas. Oh, and I have a new lighting technique for the shot. I built a firepit at the base of my house. I put a ring of fire in it and shoot from the middle of the fire. Looks a lot like a ring light effect. You should see the cool effect in the cat and dog's eyes. Here is a sample.
