upload problems

All of a sudden my uploads are erratic—some galleries don't upload at all, some do. E.G. http://upload.smugmug.com/photos/add.mg?AlbumID=3027787&nocookies=true. Also tried Olde Faithful and MacDaddy (can't figure out how to use this last one). Thanks.

I don't get it. The icon loads on my desktop and I went to "Help" but don't see how to upload. I get a window saying it was "downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it?" Not quite sure if there'll be a problem if I do.

Lucy, MacDaddy installs like any other app on your mac, unpack it and drag it to your applications folder :D

Then click it, launch it, sign in and drag photos to it.

First I get an error message saying "stream has too few bytes." Then when I try to log in a get an "invalid login" message.

I would suggest you try using your SmugMug nickname and password to login with (hint-use can use your nickname instead of your email address).

Please let us know if you still have trouble getting logged in with MacDaddy of if you've forgotten your password, you can visit this URL to have a new one emailed out to you:

You'll want to use your SmugMug password rather than your DGrin one.
