Picked up a split nd filter at a camera swap this weekend for my 17-40.
Here are a couple of test shots.
I did notice some vignetting,but nothing serious.I think it my be the hood as well?

wow i like the second and third one . They look really good. a bit dark near the top of the pictures though kinda the car window effect ;)

Cool!

It's a little extreme, but you could fix that in PS. The cool thing is that these images look much more fixable than they would have without the filter, if you know what I mean.

Another item to add to my shopping list...

Cool I am looking for the same thing in gray or maybe no color just split
They do look kinda cool really darking the sky and bring out the clouds :thumb

I think this filter will work great when I go to the mountains in WV in a couple of weeks.
