Which body to sell? 20D or XTi?

I have two extra bodies but only need to keep one. Both are very low mileage and in mint condition. Should I sell my 3 year old 8MP 20D or 1.5 year old 10MP XTi? :scratch

Do you need ISO 3200 and better responsiveness? If yes, keep the 20D.

Plus if they are both low actuations the 20D has potentially more life left in it.
