View Full Version : Journal style photos?

Okay, so I needed to have a more direct way for viewers to find all galleries associated with a recent event, and the "recent galleries" homepage option wasn't really what I wanted. I've created a "recent events" gallery in the journal style accessed from my navbar:
http://cxphotos.smugmug.com/gallery/6079658_qzdyr/1/381452736_xaU7k
I may go with this gallery, but I have a couple issues so far:
1) Can I make the photos here uncklickable, not directing to another larger photo?
2) Can I force the images in this gallery style to be smaller than they are now?
3) And how can I get rid of the "Gallery pages: 1" from the top & bottom??
Can anyone help me with this? In all my other smugmug style galleries nothing happens when I click on the photos but in this one I get a larger one?!:scratch
Thanks,
Jon

1. Think I've seen a hack for this, might search for it.
2. no
3. add to CSS
.gallery_6079658 #albumNav_top,
.gallery_6079658 .pageNav {display: none;}

Thanks Allen, # 3 worked perfectly! CanI assume the same might work for the slideshow option which I've enabled in my other galleries? I don't mind it but it looks terrible with all the text I have in the descriptions!
As for having smaller photos, could I just upload & use smaller photos up to the size I want to show?
Many thanks,
Jon

Just change the gallery number for a new gallery.
Those photos are a certain display size so uploading smaller ones won't work.
Check this search page (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&q=site%3Awww.dgrin.com+journal+photo+click&btnG=Search).
