CoffeeCup Flash Menu Builder

I used CoffeeCup Flash Menu Builder to build a navbar. It gives me the HTML code to use and then says to upload some files to my site. I think I know where to post the code (but feel free to point it out just so I'm sure), I'm just not sure where to upload these files to. Any help would be appreciated. Also, has anyone used CoffeCup for this or any other customization?

You will have to host non-photo files on another site.
