Great composition. I like how it takes a moment to realize that there is a smaller rivulet fall on the left side of the image.
B&W does this image justice. Not much to critique on this one, other than maybe bringing out a little more local contrast in the water at the bottom, so it is not such a flat area compared to the roughness of the rock texture.

I too really enjoy this shot. Great exposure and movement, and excellent decision to go B&W.
I would be curious about seeing a wider frame or I would have considered using a slightly wider focal length. I tend to want to see more areas where the water goes.
Since this shot has no PP, I would really like to see an intensively rendered B&W conversion. It could be a significant improvement or if not, what you got is plenty good.
