a good book?

I am looking for a good book on how to photograph moidels.. poses and so on... I see there is photo book called photographing woman.... photoshop cs. So was wondering if any one knows of one.. shooting is not the problem, the problem is telling the person how to pose...lol... I think I will buy that photoshop CS book after I look at it.. it may have some good photo tricks for makeup or something.:dunno

I think portraits require an instant raport with your subject. Getting the right
pose also means knowing the look you are going for and your ability to
guide them to the look.
