I'm considering getting a 1.4 Canon tele-converter. But that makes action photography with my 70-200 F4 lens problematic in low light. Track events should be ok.

Lately, I'm thinking of a 200 F2.8 (1.8 would be a dream come true) with the 1.4 TC. Any thoughts, recommendations?
