I have a smugmug pro account. I am using a Sony HD Handycam. I am using Power Director to produce and render my videos.
I recently decided to start rendering my videos in .WMV. I get the best performance and smallest file size from this. Power Director has an option to render in Windows Media Player 9 HD format. So I did and the video looks great. It uploaded fine to my smugmug page. But now it will only show the video in High-Def mode. If you click on Mid-Def, Wed, DVD, etc. it shows a still shot of an initial frame, plays the sound but shows no video. It appears to have been converted to an .MP4 by smugmug and that only the High-Def option actually uploaded video. The others only took the sound.

I need to have the other display options available so that I can embed the video on a forum I administrate.
Is this a known issue? Did I do something wrong? Can it be fixed?
