I've posted some pictures from this family of Green Herons that I've been tracking all summer. This is my favorite shot of the hatchlings at (I think) 3-4 weeks old. This is also the funniest bird picture that I've ever taken! No PP yet.
Problem is, this is a 1Mpix crop from a 14Mpix image. Needed more lens! It is therefore suffering from pixelitess. Any recommendations on how I can bring this up to "art" quality? I've even though about a photo painting program, which I know nothing about. I've also thought about hand-coloring it, which I have done in my photo restoration days.
Ideas? It already looks like a frame from an animated moving.
PS Its chow time. Mom was flying in with dinner.
