Nav Bar box jumps when moused over in IE

Does anyone know why a Nav Bar box would jump when moused over in Internet Explorer?

It's my Info/Rates box, when you mouse over it, it jumps and covers my home box? I tried entering only gallery ID and not the whole link and that didn't work either in fact in messed it up in Firefox:dunno

Try retyping it in, might be an illegal character in there.
