One of those infrequent days when I took no photos. :rolleyes
Anyway, a trio of recents that I like. As always, any comments on how to improve are much appreciated. These are basically full frames, shot with Pentax K100D & Tamron 70-300.
Couple of bucks paying a visit. Time to shed the summer coat!

The last dim vestiges of daylight favored the deer with odd orange-pink illumination. 260mm @ 1/15s shutter... I'd say the Pentax body-based IS worked pretty well here.

Chipmunk right outside my basement door. The way he has his hands reminds me of Montgomery Burns (of The Simpsons fame) steepling his fingers while saying "Excellent..."
