Has anyone found the best export settings from iMovie HD to Smugmug?
I have tried several options and nothing looks very good.

There have been several discussions about this in the Action Forum. You might want to check in there. I am planning to put together a step by step guide soon but I have been tied up lately.

Doc,
Could you point me to a specific thread? I have been unable to find anything pertaining to exporting settings from iMovie to Smugmug.

I could have sworn I saw them. I must have been thinking of another forum. :scratch
I am planning to sit down and put together a tutorial soon. I just need to get some footage that I can use. It may take me a little while to put it together. But I will let you know as soon as I am done.

Doc,
All I am looking for is the best setting to export from imovie to smugmug. The quality looks good on imovie and as a quicktime but is a bit blurry in smugmug.

I have not seen any cause for blurryness before in conversion. Can you send us a link to an example?

Let me rephrase, not true blurryness just a definite quality drop-off.

Contact me on the help desk. I really need to take a look at the original file and the one loaded to Smugmug. I will send you a location to upload the original.
