How so I change which gallery is shown as the icon under categories?

How so I change which gallery is shown as the icon under categories?
I think the thumb used is from the first gallery in the category.
Feature a photo in that first gallery.

If you want a special thumb, not one in that gallery, add the photo to that gallery and set the thumb as featured. Then move the photo to your site files gallery and add in its caption "used for xxxx category thumb" so you remember where it's used.

This can be a photo from anywhere.
