First, find a set of identical quintuplets..... ah you knew that already, right?

Shoot a series of images of the car with the model in the various poses, with the camera firmly mounted on a good, heavy tripod, using the same settings for aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focus etc.

Now open each of the RAW images in Adobe RAW converter and synch the processing steps so the frames match color and exposure from frame to frame.

Open all the jpgs in Photoshop, and layer them one on top of the other in the Layers palette, and then begin masking each "girl" into the image by painting in the normal blend mode with a brush using white to reveal and black to conceal.

The other way is to try to select each "girl" and drag her from one image to the final image, but masking is simpler and easier if you understand masking and layers.
