(This one's for aerialphoto) - OOPS! Loose Rivet

I was culling out some photos from my trip and came across this one I'd shot from the airplane window. Nothing special, I thought, until I noticed one rivet was partway out of its hole in the cowling. I already knew this was the worst airline experience I've ever had! Granted, this would not cause a problem by itself, but it does make me wonder . . .
