Rotating problems

Hi, I'm having problems rotating my images - namely, they aren't rotating when I tell them to. This is only 1 image at a time, in a gallery with 5 pictures, and I've been trying for the last hour to rotate it.

Are there currently problems with rotating? It seemed to be working fine yesterday, and it's starting to drive me crazy!

In my experience, it sometimes takes a long time (like a couple hours) to rotate properly. I don't know if that's because the system isn't working properly when that happens or if it just gets busy sometimes and that's the expected time.
