Hey Ben,
Another excellent series. I was going to congratulate you on demonstarting how one could get outstanding shots w/o a big, expensive DSLR but it seems that you are about to get the D2Hs so I won't. You never know if a spouse is looking in. :rofl

Ah yes, you sure had some sweet light for these. I love it. All of these are excellent!
And I love the one with the fish.
Where are you shooting these? Looks like quite a gathering of the feathered ones wherever you are.

I saw your post so while out today I took this
http://bfjr.smugmug.com/photos/20683687-M.jpg
It borders Marina Del Rey & Playa Del Ray. These areas lie about 6 miles south of Santa Monica and only a couple miles north of LAX. Most all my recent bird posts have come from this area. I don't think it's as people friendly as yours seems to be. We got lots of $$$ Construction along with Electronic Arts (steven speilbergs joint), not to mention the Airport barring much of the easier access routes. :cry
Thanks for your interest, glad you enjoyed :thumb
