I can't download the originals

I use Smugmug as a back-up storage site for my original photos. I loooove pretty much everything but this is my one small complaint. About one out of every 10 times I go to "owner save" it saves a white square and not the photo. I get around this by going to "show original" and then right-clicking and saving the photo, but it's a pain. Why does this happen? Is this browser incompatibility or something? I use Firefox. Sorry if this has been addressed already but I wasn't sure what to search for.

It's a really nice tool that you can use to download one or more galleries at once. And you can download the original sized photos.

Thanks, Denise. I actually have that software I think. What I am usually trying to do is just nab one photo from the gallery though because a client will re-order a photo or two from their session months ago and I will be too lazy to pull the CD out. Using the Smugmug gallery backup is just so much easier!
