That's a pretty good shot, focus has grabbed the bees butt and across it's upper back.... wind is not your friend when trying to shoot Macro.

You are well on the right path, remember to focus on the bees eyes.
Hope you get another chance when it's not windy to shoot more bees.

Had another go, without the wind. The focus is sharper throughout on this one I think.
Flash possibly makes it a little stark??
