How to make a logo?

I would like to make a logo for my page. At the very least, change the font to something different. I looked at the tutorial; however, I am clueless. Do you have to have photoshop? Help please! www.hollybrowder.smugmug.com

There are a couple of solutions:
1. Have me do the logo.
2. Software called "Logo Design Studio." http://www.summitsoftlogodesign.com/

#2 is far less expensive than Photoshop!

If you've never used Photoshop before, it is a very daunting task to learn and use. I've used for for probably close to 6-7 + years, and I'm STILL learning things.

I'd suggest either finding someone who can design your logo (like a graphics designer [we have graphic designers that we use when we do our smugization service]), or, there are sites that will make something for you easily and quickly. Yup.. Cooltext rocks. :)

But, it still will never beat a graphic designer with an artistic flair and background. :D
