My relatives are not big fans of the smugmug videos. When I had picasa they could point the computer at the big TV, hit slideshow and all the pictures and videos would play. Now with smugmug just the first frame plays and after viewing the slideshow they have to go back to the gallery then click on each and every video to make them play.
So for them the videos are a bust.
However, I occasionaly, to augment my smugmug galleries, use picasa to generate a microsoft outlook express html "storyboard" email. Basically an html email with pictures that I then augment with a bunch of text.
I would like to highlight the videos in my emails as well as the pictures.
Has anyone with outlook (express) email figured out how to embed a smugmug video. I'm thinking something like we see embeded in the forums here, but in an email.
BTW: I"m not stuck on outlook express. The only reason I keep it on the system is because it works for this purpose with picasa quite well. So if this is something thunderbird or another client can do better, that would be swell too.
