I hope someone has an answer. My home page flash slide show now asks for a password on IE7 and Firefox. Sometimes it is fine then other times it asks for a password. I have not changed any password settings. In fact I do not have
password settings on. I have added two new tabs on my headers but no new add ons.
Thanks!

Hi,
You need to have external links checked yes in the gallery settings of the gallery you are using for your slideshow. Change that and see if that resolves the problem.

Clear your cache and cookies and see if that helps. Your slideshow does not ask for a password when I view it. You might have a corrupt cookie.

Hi,
I am having the same issue as Stephenbruno describes. It's been happening to me for about two weeks now. I've tried the suggested fixes and they have not helped.

I am having the same problem. The password comes up intermittently on the slide show on my front page. This does not happen all the time. Any fixes for this problem?

No but frequently enough! Let Andy, the General Manager know.

OK Folks, our sorcerers made another attempt to fix this issue - please report if you see it again? Thanks.
