I have an LLC for my business (Swinton Photography LLC), and I have only done photographic services. I have recently developed a relationship with an oversees battery grip manufacturer that has agreed to have me sell their products in the US. The sales will occur on EBAY. I am wondering, do I need to do anything different legally to start selling the products?

better czech with your local Govt. in Manhattan or the county seat.
