CS3 raw help Please

I shoot in Raw and every time I try to open a raw file with CS3 I get this message "could not complete your request because Photoshop does not recognize this file type" :scratch any ideas as to why it's doing this? Thanks in advance.

You probably have an early version of CS3 that does not recognize the 40D. Go to the Adobe site and get the latest version of ACR and you should be good to go.
