How can I get my header towards the Middle?

It looks like you just put the your banner image in the header area.

To place it properly, you need to use CSS - and I don't see any CSS on your site other than that from the theme that you are using. Here's a link to a tutorial that shows how to add a banner to your site with an image - which you already have - and CSS - which you need to add.
