This is a "45x" SD card -- 6.75MB/sec write speed! I routinely use "8x" cards in my dSLR, so 45x is quite fast.

The extra speed of a "45x" card is noticeable on any camera shooting consecutive frames rapidly, on digital cameras with smaller write buffers (which is almost all digicams other than dSLRs), and on digicams/camcorders that can record video on SD cards.
