For sale ....BP-511A type Li-Ion battery, 1400 mAH capacity
asking: $13.00 ea.
Several available.
This is a brand-new aftermarket Li-Ion replacement for Canon BP-511 / BP-511A battery packs, built with Japanese Li-Ion cells. The outer case is not silver (like some aftermarket batteries), but a close match for the brownish/charcoal-gray color of Canon's OEM BP-511 batteries.
I got a few of these batteries last year and they sold out in a hurry; I just snagged a few more. At this price (esp. compared to $50-$60 for Canon OEM BP-511/511As), it's hard to go wrong with these.
I've been using one in my 20D for a year now and can't tell any difference in use betweens it and the original Canon BP-511A battery. I run with two of 'em in the battery grip -- I just run 'em through a charge cycle every month or two and can never seem to run them down ! In fact, the original BP-511A has been sitting in my camera bag getting dusty.
Capacities:
1100 mAH -- Canon BP-511
1390 mAH -- Canon BP-511A
1400 mAH -- this battery
It can be used in Canon models such as: EOS 20D, 10D, D30, D60, 300D (not 350, though)
Digital Rebel, Kiss Digital (not Rebel XT, though)
Powershot Pro 90 IS, Pro1
Powershot G1, G2, G3, G5, G6
ZR series camcorders (supposedly charges in cradle, not in camcorder)
MV-300, MV-300i, MV-30i, MV-400i, MV-430i, MV-450i, MVXli
Optura 10, 20, PI, 100MC, 200MC
Note 1: for the camcorder models above, this battery is said to only charge in a charging cradle, not in the camcorder itself)
Brand new in package, never opened.
No sales tax.
Shipping within the U.S.: just $1 total, for any quantity of batteries (in one shipment)
