For all the talk surrounding Lightroom 2.0, don't forget to check/try out Nik's Silver Efex Pro.
This is such a remarkable plug-in. Really makes doing black-n-white/dutones so much easier and much better controls. The scuplture slider is one of the very nice tools in it.
