Thumbnails on slideshow

How do I make it the default for the thumbnails to show up in a slideshow gallery? Below is the link to one of my galleries. I'd like the thumbs to show up automatically when clients look at the page.

A slideshow style gallery doesn't have the option to show thumbs.

If you want thumbs, you can use the new flash slideshow. If you go to the share photos screen, you will see a link you can use to present a flash slideshow for that gallery.
