I've bought & downloaded from FredMiranda.com at least 4 times (10D CSPro, 10D CSPro II, 20D CSPro, ResizePro), and every time it went off without a hitch.
I think once I had to download a second time because the first attempt got interrupted or some such, but it still wasn't a problem because FM allows several download attempts in the few days after the purchase.

As I said, I've had no problems with buying from the web site or with the software itself -- but once I wrote to ask a "pre-sales" question about a software product and never received a response. I would hope that after-sale support would at least respond, but I've never tested that.

I hope they do. I checked my account and they have my money. I know they are reputable and I know it wasn't alot of money but it's the principle. I don't spend money I work for to get crappy service.

Still no response, at all. Guess I will have to track down a phone number and make some calls.

So what is the problem? Is it unable to DL?
Are you trying to DL through the link they sent you in the email? If so open your browser and past the link in it. I had some trouble DLing because I opened the link while in mail reader then again because I was in hotmail.
Just a thought.

They never even sent me the emails. If i had the emails My reciept and password for dling that wouldn't be a problem as I know where to go to dl the software already. But they never sent me the emails they were supposed to after completing the order. I don't have a spam filter on that account so thats not it. I have checked all emails to the domain i used and it didn't go to a different account. I checked my bank and the money was withdrawn, but I haven't gotten anything from fredmiranda.com.
I have bought several progs from fred & never had a worry. I did have a question once & got an email back almost instantly that solved my problem.

Well the only phone number I can find is the one listed on the domain registration for fredmiranda.com and that sounds like its a cell phone number for a young girl so that sucks. Still no response to my emails. :dunno

I finally got my response and the actions. Now I just have to figure out how to use them. I just wish it didn't take so long. Hopefully they were just having a bad day.

FM Frames to expedite things and 10D ISOR Actions. The ISOR actions work pretty good too.
