A somber thought on an otherwise fun day

My husband, a visiting friend and I went GeoCaching over the weekend and our first stop was close to a small town cemetary. You never know what kind of statuary or other memorials you might find and they graciously indulged me. This is what I found, very unique, I've never seen anything done like this before. Just wanted to share comment if you like. The only manipulation to the photo was to crop it. THX Dizzy

Hey there Dizzy! What a very nice homage to a fallen soldier. It'd be great if you had a pic of the gravestone back-- because names are something I try to avoid unless I know the person -- and had the boot selectively colored with some very moody b/w work on the rest of the pic. Just my thoughts.
