This is the first time I have taken wasp shots with the MPE which I am still struggling to get the hang on. The shots were taken at different magnifications. Any advice will be well received and appreciated.

Bob

Thanks for looking Phil and advising me. I really must remember the eye focus.

These are all very good Bob - as Phil mentioned it's normally considered essential to get clean focus on the eyes (just as with humans).

Brave man, glad to see you survived without vindictive, percussive, extravagant stinging from that little bleeder! He looks rough!
Ican't help but like the first one because of the angle of the paper against the rich red wood grain. His little antenna is in impeccable detail.
