Thumbs for Videos

Hi -

I tried to search, but could not find an answer to this question:

Question: Is it possible to set a specific frame as the thumb for a video?

Related question: How is the thumb chosen? Does not seem to be the first frame.

From my experience the thumb frame is generated from a few seconds into the video. I am not sure of the exact frame.

I usually start with editing in a black screen and fade into a title slide, hold that for about 8 seconds, and then fade into the video.

That allows the title slide to be the thumbnail.
