How to show galleries like this?

Hi,
I think the http://themes.smugmug.com/ is a page orgnized by category, because there are more galleries in every item.
My question is how to show the galleries like it's second level: http://themes.smugmug.com/Elegant.

I tried, but my galleries just display one at per row. How to control it?
